1. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped (whichever is earlier). Please contact us at +91 70823 03591 or email us at hellobuyaltressa.com for immediate cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
2. RETURN & REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
Due to the nature of herbal pet care products (hygiene and safety), we only accept returns or provide replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the bottle is leaked, broken, or damaged during transit.
- Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., ordered Pet Shampoo but received Pet Spray).
- Expired Product: If the product delivered has passed its expiry date.
3. RETURN PROCESS
- You must notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: Please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product/package via WhatsApp at +91 70823 03591.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or ask you to ship it back to our Ambala facility.
4. REFUND POLICY
- Approved Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Products that have been used or whose seal has been tampered with.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale.”
